About Me

I am a specialist dyslexia teacher and assessor. I hold an Assessment Practising Certificate (APC), which allows me to assess children and adults with SpLD (Dyslexia). My academic qualifications include a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and Inclusion and a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Education Studies. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and students with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties. I hold an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service certificate (DBS) to work with children, professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance. I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a member of The Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS).
